‘ਅਰਮਾਨ’ (ARMAAN) ਰਾਜਸਥਾਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਮਾਤ-ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਨਲਾਈਨ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ਿਤ ਹੋਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਪਲੇਠਾ ਤ੍ਰੈਮਾਸਿਕ, ਅੰਤਰਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ, ਬਹੁ-ਅਨੁਸ਼ਾਸਨੀ, ਪੀਅਰ-ਰੀਵਿਊਡ ਅਤੇ ਇੰਡੈਕਸਡ ਖੋਜ ਜਰਨਲ ਹੈ। ਜਰਨਲ ਦਾ ਆਈ.ਐੱਸ.ਐੱਸ.ਐੱਨ. (ISSN): 2583-9446 (O) ਅਤੇ ਜਰਨਲ ਇੰਪੈਕਟ ਫੈਕਟਰ : 5.427 (SIIFI) ਹੈ।
‘ਅਰਮਾਨ’ ਦਾ ਮੁੱਖ ਉਦੇਸ਼ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਉੱਚ ਮਿਆਰੀ ਮੌਲਿਕ ਅਤੇ ਸਮੀਖਿਆਤਮਕ ਖੋਜ ਨੂੰ ਉਤਸ਼ਾਹਿਤ ਕਰਨਾ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਦਵਾਨਾਂ, ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਖੋਜਕਰਤਾਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਖੋਜ-ਕਾਰਜ, ਵਿਚਾਰਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਅਕਾਦਮਿਕ ਯੋਗਦਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਪੱਧਰ ’ਤੇ ਸਾਂਝਾ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਮੰਚ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕਰਨਾ ਹੈ।
ਜਰਨਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਹੁ-ਅਨੁਸ਼ਾਸਨੀ ਵਿਸ਼ਿਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਿਖੇ ਮੌਲਿਕ ਖੋਜ-ਪੱਤਰ, ਸਮੀਖਿਆਤਮਕ ਲੇਖ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਉੱਚ-ਗੁਣਵੱਤਾ ਵਾਲੀ ਅਕਾਦਮਿਕ ਸਮੱਗਰੀ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ਿਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ। ‘ਅਰਮਾਨ’ ਉੱਚ ਪੱਧਰੀ, ਮੌਲਿਕ ਅਤੇ ਖੋਜ-ਅਧਾਰਿਤ ਅਕਾਦਮਿਕ ਲਿਖਤ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ਿਤ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਸਮਰਪਿਤ ਹੈ।
‘ਅਰਮਾਨ’ ਡਿਜੀਟਲ ਆਬਜੈਕਟ ਆਈਡੈਂਟੀਫਾਇਰ (DOI) Prefix: 10.64119 ਅਧੀਨ ਰਜਿਸਟਰਡ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਤਹਿਤ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ਿਤ ਹਰੇਕ ਖੋਜ-ਪੱਤਰ ਨੂੰ ਇੱਕ ਵਿਲੱਖਣ ਅਤੇ ਸਥਾਈ Digital Object Identifier (DOI) ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਡਿਜੀਟਲ ਆਬਜੈਕਟ ਆਈਡੈਂਟੀਫਾਇਰ (DOI) ਵਿਦਵਤ ਅਤੇ ਅਕਾਦਮਿਕ ਸਮੱਗਰੀ ਦੀ ਸਥਾਈ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਲੱਖਣ ਪਛਾਣ ਲਈ ਵਰਤਿਆ ਜਾਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਮਿਆਰੀ ਡਿਜੀਟਲ ਪਛਾਣਕਰਤਾ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਖੋਜ-ਪੱਤਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਲੰਬੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਤੱਕ ਪਛਾਣ, ਹਵਾਲੇ ਅਤੇ ਆਨਲਾਈਨ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਗਮ ਬਣਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਅਕਾਦਮਿਕ ਖੋਜ ਦੀ ਦਿੱਖ ਅਤੇ ਖੋਜਯੋਗਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ।
‘ਅਰਮਾਨ’ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ਨ ਗੁਰੂ ਹਰਗੋਬਿੰਦ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਕਾਲਜ, ਸੀ.ਸੀ. ਹੈਡ, ਸ੍ਰੀ ਗੰਗਾਨਗਰ (ਰਾਜਸਥਾਨ) ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਡਾ. ਸੰਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਮੁੰਡੇ ਇਸ ਜਰਨਲ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਸੰਪਾਦਕ (Editor-in-Chief) ਹਨ। ਜਰਨਲ ਦੇ ਸੰਪਾਦਕੀ ਮੰਡਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੰਜਾਬ, ਦਿੱਲੀ, ਰਾਜਸਥਾਨ, ਜੰਮੂ-ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰ ਅਤੇ ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਦੀਆਂ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਕਾਲਜਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਸੰਬੰਧਤ ਪ੍ਰੋਫੈਸਰ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਦਵਾਨ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਕੈਨੇਡਾ, ਸੰਯੁਕਤ ਰਾਜ ਅਮਰੀਕਾ, ਇੰਗਲੈਂਡ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਸਿੱਧ ਵਿਦਵਾਨਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਲੇਖਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਭਾਗੀਦਾਰੀ ਵੀ ਜਰਨਲ ਦੀ ਅੰਤਰਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਅਕਾਦਮਿਕ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਨੂੰ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ।
