• 1. ਸੰਪਾਦਕੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀਆਂ | Editorial Responsibilities
  • ਮੁੱਖ ਸੰਪਾਦਕ (Editor-in-Chief) ਅਤੇ ਸੰਪਾਦਕੀ ਮੰਡਲ ਨਿਰਪੱਖ, ਪਾਰਦਰਸ਼ੀ ਅਤੇ ਗੁਣਵੱਤਾ-ਭਰਪੂਰ ਅਕਾਦਮਿਕ ਫ਼ੈਸਲੇ ਲੈਣ ਲਈ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰ ਹਨ। The Editor-in-Chief and the Editorial Board bear sole responsibility for rendering fair, unbiased, and academically rigorous editorial decisions.
  • ਖੋਜ-ਪੱਤਰਾਂ ਦਾ ਮੁਲਾਂਕਣ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਮੌਲਿਕਤਾ, ਖੋਜ-ਵਿਧੀ, ਪ੍ਰਸੰਗਿਕਤਾ, ਅਕਾਦਮਿਕ ਗੁਣਵੱਤਾ, ਵਿਸ਼ਾ-ਖੇਤਰ ਅਤੇ ਜਰਨਲ ਦੀਆਂ ਹਿਦਾਇਤਾਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। Research papers are evaluated according to their originality, research methodology, relevance, academic quality, subject area and journal guidelines.

  • ਖੋਜ-ਪੱਤਰ ਪੂਰਨ ਤੌਰ 'ਤੇ ਮੌਲਿਕ ਹੋਵੇ ਅਤੇ ਕਿਸੇ ਹੋਰ ਪੱਤਰਿਕਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਮਾਨਾਂਤਰ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਅਧੀਨ ਨਾ ਹੋਵੇ। The Research Paper constitutes original, independent research and is not under simultaneous consideration elsewhere.
  • ਖੋਜ ਕਾਰਜ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਹੱਤਵਪੂਰਨ ਯੋਗਦਾਨ ਪਾਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਵਿਅਕਤੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਲੇਖਕ/ਸਹਿ-ਲੇਖਕ ਵਜੋਂ ਦਰਸਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੋਵੇ। All designated authors contributed substantially to the conception, execution, or analysis of the study and all contributors are appropriately credited.
  • ਖੋਜ ਪੇਪਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਰਤੇ ਗਏ ਸਾਰੇ ਬਾਹਰੀ ਸਰੋਤਾਂ, ਅੰਕੜਿਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਰਚਨਾਵਾਂ ਦਾ ਸਹੀ ਅਕਾਦਮਿਕ ਹਵਾਲਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾਵੇ। All external sources, data and works used in the research paper should be given proper academic citation.
  • ਕਾਪੀਰਾਈਟ ਅਧੀਨ ਸਮੱਗਰੀ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਲਈ ਸੰਬੰਧਿਤ ਧਿਰ ਤੋਂ ਲੋੜੀਂਦੀ ਲਿਖਤੀ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਨਗੀ ਲਈ ਗਈ ਹੋਵੇ। Explicit, documented permissions have been obtained for any copyrighted text, figures, tables or data sets used in the manuscript.
  • ਖੋਜ-ਪੱਤਰ ਸਾਹਿਤਕ ਚੋਰੀ (Plagiarism), ਮਨਘੜਤ ਅੰਕੜਿਆਂ (Fabrication) ਜਾਂ ਤੱਥਾਂ ਦੇ ਗ਼ਲਤ ਨਿਰੂਪਣ (Falsification) ਤੋਂ ਮੁਕਤ ਹੋਵੇ। The Research Paper contains no data fabrication, data falsification, plagiarism, or deceptive claims.
  • ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਵਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਂ ਨਿੱਜੀ ਹਿੱਤਾਂ ਦੇ ਟਕਰਾਅ (Conflict of Interest) ਦਾ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟ ਖੁਲਾਸਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੋਵੇ। All financial, professional, and personal conflicts of interest are formally declared at the time of submission.
  • ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ਨ ਉਪਰੰਤ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੱਡੀ ਗ਼ਲਤੀ ਦਾ ਪਤਾ ਲੱਗਣ 'ਤੇ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਸੰਪਾਦਕ ਨੂੰ ਸੂਚਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇ। Any substantial error identified post-publication is reported immediately to the editorial team to facilitate an erratum, corrigendum, or retraction.
• 3. ਪੀਅਰ-ਰਿਵਿਊ ਨੀਤੀ | Peer Review Policy
  • 'ਅਰਮਾਨ' ਖੋਜ ਜਰਨਲ ਡਬਲ-ਬਲਾਈਂਡ ਪੀਅਰ-ਰਿਵਿਊ (Double-Blind Peer-Review) ਪ੍ਰਣਾਲੀ ਦੀ ਪਾਲਣਾ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੇਖਕ ਅਤੇ ਸਮੀਖਿਅਕ ਦੋਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਪਛਾਣ ਇੱਕ-ਦੂਜੇ ਤੋਂ ਗੁਪਤ ਰੱਖੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ। ‘ARMAAN’ operates a rigorous Double-Blind Peer-Review mechanism. The identities of authors and reviewers remain mutually anonymous throughout the evaluation cycle.

• 4. ਸਾਹਿਤਕ ਚੋਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਅਕਾਦਮਿਕ ਦੁਰਵਿਹਾਰ | Academic Misconduct & Plagiarism Policy ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਰੂਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਾਹਿਤਕ ਚੋਰੀ (Plagiarism) ਜਾਂ ਅਕਾਦਮਿਕ ਬੇਨਿਯਮੀ ਦੀ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਮਨਾਹੀ ਹੈ। ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਖੋਜ-ਪੱਤਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਮਾਨਤਾ ਜਾਂਚ (Similarity Index) ਸਾਫ਼ਟਵੇਅਰ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ। ਸਾਹਿਤਕ ਚੋਰੀ, ਜਾਅਲੀ ਅੰਕੜੇ ਜਾਂ ਦੂਹਰੇ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ਨ ਦੀ ਪੁਸ਼ਟੀ ਹੋਣ 'ਤੇ ਖੋਜ-ਪੱਤਰ ਰੱਦ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ ਜਾਂ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ਨ ਉਪਰੰਤ ਵਾਪਸ (Retract) ਲਿਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। Plagiarism in any form—including verbatim lifting, improper paraphrasing, self-plagiarism, or data fabrication—is strictly prohibited. All submissions undergo automated similarity index screening. Submissions containing academic dishonesty, ghost/gift authorship, duplicate publication, or ethical violations will face immediate rejection or formal post-publication retraction.
• 5. ਸ਼ੁੱਧੀਕਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਵਾਪਸੀ ਨੀਤੀ | Corrections & Retraction ਜੇਕਰ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ਿਤ ਖੋਜ-ਪੱਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੋਈ ਗੰਭੀਰ ਤਰੁੱਟੀ, ਸਾਹਿਤਕ ਚੋਰੀ ਜਾਂ ਨੈਤਿਕ ਉਲੰਘਣਾ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਉਂਦੀ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ COPE ਦੇ ਦਿਸ਼ਾ-ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਸ਼ੁੱਧੀ-ਪੱਤਰ (Corrigendum/Erratum) ਜਾਂ ਵਾਪਸੀ ਨੋਟਿਸ (Retraction Notice) ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ, ਜਿਸ ਦਾ ਆਪਣਾ ਸਥਾਈ DOI ਲਿੰਕ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ। ‘ARMAAN’ is committed to preserving the integrity of the scholarly record. If proven errors, fraudulent data, severe plagiarism, or copyright breaches compromise the validity of a published article, the journal will issue a formal Correction (Corrigendum/Erratum) or Retraction in accordance with COPE guidelines, published with permanent digital identifiers (DOI).

• 7. ਹਿੱਤਾਂ ਦਾ ਟਕਰਾਅ | Conflict of Interest ਲੇਖਕਾਂ, ਸਮੀਖਿਅਕਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਸੰਪਾਦਕਾਂ ਲਈ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਸੰਭਾਵਿਤ ਵਿੱਤੀ, ਸੰਸਥਾਗਤ ਜਾਂ ਨਿੱਜੀ ਹਿੱਤਾਂ ਦੇ ਟਕਰਾਅ ਦਾ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਖੁਲਾਸਾ ਕਰਨਾ ਲਾਜ਼ਮੀ ਹੈ। ਹਿੱਤਾਂ ਦੇ ਟਕਰਾਅ ਵਾਲੇ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਸੰਬੰਧਿਤ ਖੋਜ-ਪੱਤਰ ਦੇ ਮੁਲਾਂਕਣ ਜਾਂ ਸੰਪਾਦਕੀ ਫ਼ੈਸਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਲੈਣਗੇ। All participating parties—authors, peer reviewers, and editorial members—must formally declare any commercial, financial, or personal relationships that could influence the objectivity of the publication process. Conflicted members are recused from the evaluation.
• 8. ਨੈਤਿਕ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਨਿਵਾਰਨ | Ethical Inquiries & Complaints ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ਨ ਨੈਤਿਕਤਾ ਸੰਬੰਧੀ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤ ਜਾਂ ਬੇਨਿਯਮੀ ਦੀ ਸੂਚਨਾ ਠੋਸ ਸਬੂਤਾਂ ਸਮੇਤ ਮੁੱਖ ਸੰਪਾਦਕ ਨੂੰ ਈ-ਮੇਲ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਭੇਜੀ ਜਾ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ। ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤਾਂ ਦੀ ਨਿਰਪੱਖ, ਗੁਪਤ ਅਤੇ ਨਿਯਮਾਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਜਾਂਚ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ ਅਤੇ ਸੰਬੰਧਿਤ ਧਿਰ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣਾ ਪੱਖ ਰੱਖਣ ਦਾ ਪੂਰਾ ਮੌਕਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। Suspected violations of publication ethics should be directed to the Editor-in-Chief with supporting documentation via email. All allegations will be investigated systematically, confidentially, and impartially, ensuring due process and the right of reply for all involved parties.
