ਯੋਗਤਾ | Eligibility
- ਸੰਬੰਧਿਤ ਵਿਸ਼ੇ ਵਿੱਚ Ph.D. ਜਾਂ ਇਸਦੇ ਬਰਾਬਰ ਦੀ ਉੱਚ ਅਕਾਦਮਿਕ/ਖੋਜ ਯੋਗਤਾ ਹੋਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ। Ph.D. or equivalent advanced academic/research qualification in a relevant discipline.
- ਸੰਬੰਧਿਤ ਵਿਸ਼ੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਪ੍ਰਸਿੱਧ ਅਤੇ ਸਥਾਪਿਤ ਮਾਹਿਰ ਹੋਣਾ ਲਾਜ਼ਮੀ ਹੈ। Must be a well-known and established expert in the relevant subject/discipline.
- ਘੱਟੋ-ਘੱਟ 5 ਸਾਲ ਦਾ ਅਕਾਦਮਿਕ/ਖੋਜ ਅਨੁਭਵ; 10 ਸਾਲ ਜਾਂ ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਅਨੁਭਵ ਨੂੰ ਤਰਜੀਹ। Minimum 5 years of academic/research experience; 10+ years preferred.
- ਮਿਆਰੀ /ਪੀਅਰ-ਰੀਵਿਊਡ ਜਰਨਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਘੱਟੋ-ਘੱਟ 10 ਖੋਜ-ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ਨ। At least 10 research publications in reputed/peer-reviewed journals.
- ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਨੂੰ ਪੜ੍ਹਨ, ਲਿਖਣ ਅਤੇ ਸਮਝਣ ਦੀ ਯੋਗਤਾ ਲਾਜ਼ਮੀ ਹੈ। Ability to read, write and understand Punjabi is essential.
- ਅਕਾਦਮਿਕ ਮਿਆਰ, ਖੋਜ ਨੈਤਿਕਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਦਵਤਾਪੂਰਨ ਉੱਤਮਤਾ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਵਚਨਬੱਧਤਾ। Commitment to academic integrity, research ethics and scholarly excellence.
ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀਆਂ | Responsibilities
- ਪੀਅਰ-ਰੀਵਿਊ ਅਤੇ ਸੰਪਾਦਕੀ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ। Support the peer-review and editorial process.
- ਅਕਾਦਮਿਕ ਅਤੇ ਪੇਸ਼ੇਵਰ ਨੈੱਟਵਰਕਾਂ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਜਰਨਲ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਸਾਰ। Promote Journal through academic and professional networks.
- ਵਿਸ਼ਾ-ਮਾਹਿਰ ਵਜੋਂ ਅਕਾਦਮਿਕ ਸੁਝਾਅ ਅਤੇ ਮਾਰਗਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕਰਨਾ। Provide expert academic guidance and recommendations.
- 'ਅਰਮਾਨ' ਖੋਜ ਜਰਨਲ ਦੀ ਅਕਾਦਮਿਕ ਪਛਾਣ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਯੋਗਦਾਨ। Contribute to the academic visibility and development of 'ARMAAN' Research Journal.
