ਲੇਖਕਾਂ ਲਈ ਦਿਸ਼ਾ-ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ | Authors’ Guidelines

• 1. ਸਾਹਿਤਕ ਚੋਰੀ (Plagiarism): ਲੇਖਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣਾ ਖੋਜ-ਪੱਤਰ ਜਮ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਪਲੇਗਰਿਜ਼ਮ ਜਾਂਚ ਕਰਵਾਉਣੀ ਲਾਜ਼ਮੀ ਹੈ। ਖੋਜ-ਪੱਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਾਹਿਤਕ ਚੋਰੀ ਦੀ ਦਰ 10 ਪ੍ਰਤੀਸ਼ਤ ਤੋਂ ਘੱਟ ਹੋਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ। ਜਰਨਲ ਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਅਧਿਕਾਰ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਲੋੜ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਖੋਜ-ਪੱਤਰ ਦੀ ਦੁਬਾਰਾ ਪਲੇਗਰਿਜ਼ਮ ਜਾਂਚ ਕਰਵਾ ਸਕੇ। Authors are required to conduct a plagiarism check of their research paper before submission. The plagiarism level in the research paper must be below 10%. The Journal reserves the right to conduct a further plagiarism check of the submitted research paper, if deemed necessary.
• 2. ਟਾਈਪਿੰਗ ਅਤੇ ਫੌਂਟ (Typing and Font): ਖੋਜ-ਪੱਤਰ ਮਾਈਕ੍ਰੋਸੋਫਟ ਵਰਡ ਵਿੱਚ ਤਿਆਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੋਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ; ਅੰਗਰੇਜ਼ੀ ਲਈ ਟਾਈਮਜ਼ ਨਿਊ ਰੋਮਨ (Times New Roman) ਅਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਲਈ ਰਾਵੀ ਫੌਂਟ / ਯੂਨੀਕੋਡ (Raavi Font Unicode) ਵਰਤਿਆ ਜਾਵੇ। The research paper must be prepared in Microsoft Word; Times New Roman shall be used for English, and Raavi Font (Unicode) shall be used for Punjabi.
• 3. ਭਾਸ਼ਾਈ ਅਤੇ ਟਾਈਪਿੰਗ ਸ਼ੁੱਧਤਾ (Language and Typographical Accuracy): ਖੋਜ-ਪੱਤਰ ਜਮ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਲੇਖਕ ਨੂੰ ਟਾਈਪਿੰਗ, ਸ਼ਬਦ-ਜੋੜ ਅਤੇ ਭਾਸ਼ਾਈ ਗਲਤੀਆਂ ਦੀ ‘ਅੱਖਰ’ ਜਾਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਹੋਰ ਸੰਬੰਧਿਤ ਸੌਫਟਵੇਅਰ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਜਾਂਚ ਕਰਨੀ ਲਾਜ਼ਮੀ ਹੈ। ਉਚਿਤ ਭਾਸ਼ਾਈ ਅਤੇ ਟਾਈਪਿੰਗ ਜਾਂਚ ਤੋਂ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਖੋਜ-ਪੱਤਰ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ਨ ਲਈ ਵਿਚਾਰਿਆ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। Before submitting the research paper, authors must carefully check typing, spelling, and language-related errors using ‘Akhar’ or any other relevant software. Research papers submitted without appropriate language and typographical proofreading will not be considered for publication.
• 4. ਸ਼ਬਦ-ਸੀਮਾ (Word Limit): ਖੋਜ-ਪੱਤਰ ਦੀ ਘੱਟੋ-ਘੱਟ ਸ਼ਬਦ-ਸੀਮਾ 2,500 ਸ਼ਬਦ ਅਤੇ ਵੱਧ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਸ਼ਬਦ-ਸੀਮਾ 8,000 ਸ਼ਬਦ ਹੋਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਸ਼ਬਦ-ਸੀਮਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਖੋਜ ਨਾਲ ਸੰਬੰਧਿਤ ਟੇਬਲਾਂ, ਅੰਕੜੇ ਅਤੇ ਸੰਦਰਭ/ਹਵਾਲੇ ਵੀ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੋਣਗੇ। The research paper must have a minimum length of 2,500 words and a maximum length of 8,000 words. This word limit shall include tables, statistical data, and references/citations related to the research.
• 5. ਖੋਜ-ਪੱਤਰ ਦਾ ਨਿਰਧਾਰਿਤ ਖਰੜਾ (Prescribed Format of the Research Paper): ਖੋਜ-ਪੱਤਰ ਹੇਠ ਲਿਖੇ ਕ੍ਰਮ ਅਤੇ ਫਾਰਮੈਟ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਤਿਆਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ:
  • (ਕ) ਖੋਜ-ਪੱਤਰ ਦਾ ਸਿਰਲੇਖ (Title): ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਖੋਜ-ਪੱਤਰ ਦਾ ਸਿਰਲੇਖ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਵਿੱਚ (ਰਾਵੀ ਫੌਂਟ, ਸਾਈਜ਼ 12, ਬੋਲਡ) ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਅੰਗਰੇਜ਼ੀ ਲਿੱਪੀਅੰਤਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾਵੇ। (a) Title of the Research Paper: The title should be given first in Punjabi (Raavi Font, Size 12, Bold), followed by its English transliteration.
  • (ਖ) ਲੇਖਕ ਦੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ (Author Information): ਸਿਰਲੇਖ ਦੇ ਹੇਠਾਂ ਹੇਠ ਲਿਖੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ (ਰਾਵੀ ਫੌਂਟ, ਸਾਈਜ਼ 10, ਬੋਲਡ) ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਣੀ ਲਾਜ਼ਮੀ ਹੈ: (b) Author Information: Name(s) in Punjabi & English, Designation(s), Institution/Department Address with PIN Code, Mobile Number, E-mail Address, ORCID ID.
  • (ਗ) ਸਾਰ / ਐਬਸਟ੍ਰੈਕਟ (Abstract): ਲਗਭਗ 200–300 ਸ਼ਬਦਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੰਖੇਪ, ਸਪਸ਼ਟ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਸ਼ੇ-ਕੇਂਦ੍ਰਿਤ ਸਾਰ (ਰਾਵੀ ਫੌਂਟ, ਸਾਈਜ਼ 10, ਇਟਾਲਿਕ)। (c) Abstract: A concise, clear, and subject-focused abstract of approximately 200–300 words (Raavi Font, Size 10, Italic).
  • (ਘ) ਮੁੱਖ ਸ਼ਬਦ / ਕੀਵਰਡ (Keywords): 5–8 ਉਚਿਤ ਕੀਵਰਡ (ਰਾਵੀ ਫੌਂਟ, ਸਾਈਜ਼ 10, ਇਟਾਲਿਕ)। (d) Keywords: 5–8 appropriate keywords related to the research paper (Raavi Font, Size 10, Italic).
  • (ਙ) ਮੁੱਖ ਖੋਜ-ਪਾਠ (Main Research Text): ਰਾਵੀ ਫੌਂਟ, ਸਾਈਜ਼ 10 ਵਿੱਚ ਤਿਆਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇ। ਖੋਜ-ਸਮੱਸਿਆ, ਉਦੇਸ਼, ਖੋਜ-ਵਿਧੀ, ਵਰਤੇ ਗਏ ਸਰੋਤ/ਡੇਟਾ, ਵਿਸ਼ਲੇਸ਼ਣ, ਨਤੀਜੇ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਦਵਤਾਪੂਰਨ ਸਾਰਥਕਤਾ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੋਵੇ। (e) Main Research Text: Prepared in Raavi Font, Size 10, covering research problem, methodology, analysis, findings, and conclusions objectively.
  • (ਚ) ਸੰਦਰਭ / ਹਵਾਲਾ ਸੂਚੀ (References / Bibliography): ਖੋਜ-ਪੱਤਰ ਦੇ ਅੰਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਰਤੇ ਗਏ ਸਾਰੇ ਸਰੋਤਾਂ ਦੀ ਸੂਚੀ (ਰਾਵੀ ਫੌਂਟ, ਸਾਈਜ਼ 10, ਇਟਾਲਿਕ)। (f) References/Bibliography: Complete list of citations at the end in Raavi Font, Size 10, Italic.
    ਸੰਦਰਭ ਦਾ ਨਮੂਨਾ / Reference Format: ਲੇਖਕ ਦਾ ਨਾਂ (ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ਨ ਵਰ੍ਹਾ), ਪੁਸਤਕ ਦਾ ਨਾਂ, ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ਕ ਦਾ ਨਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਪਤਾ, ਪੰਨਾ ਨੰਬਰ।
    Author’s Name (Publication Year), Title of the Book, Name and Address of the Publisher, Page Number.

• 1. ਪੀਅਰ ਰਿਵਿਊ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ: ‘ਅਰਮਾਨ’ ਨੂੰ ਭੇਜੇ ਗਏ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਖੋਜ-ਪੱਤਰ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ਨ ਦੀ ਪੂਰਵ-ਗਰੰਟੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ। ਹਰ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਖੋਜ-ਪੱਤਰ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਪਾਦਕੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਅਤੇ ਨਿਰਪੱਖ, ਗੋਪਨੀਯ ਤੇ ਅਕਾਦਮਿਕ ਪੀਅਰ ਰਿਵਿਊ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਲੰਘਾਇਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। Submission of a research paper to ‘ARMAAN’ does not constitute a guarantee of publication. Every submitted research paper shall undergo editorial screening and an impartial, confidential, and academic peer-review process.
• 2. ਚੋਣ ਮਾਪਦੰਡ: ਕੇਵਲ ਉਹੀ ਖੋਜ-ਪੱਤਰ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ਨ ਲਈ ਚੁਣੇ ਜਾਣਗੇ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਮੀਖਿਆਕਾਰਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸੰਤੋਸ਼ਜਨਕ/ਸਕਾਰਾਤਮਕ ਮੁਲਾਂਕਣ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ‘ਅਰਮਾਨ’ ਦੇ ਨਿਰਧਾਰਿਤ ਅਕਾਦਮਿਕ, ਭਾਸ਼ਾਈ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ਨ ਮਾਪਦੰਡਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੂਰਾ ਕਰ ਸਕਣਗੇ। Only those research papers that receive satisfactory/positive evaluations from the reviewers and meet the prescribed academic, linguistic, and publication standards of ‘ARMAAN’ will be selected for publication.
• 3. ਸੋਧਾਂ ਸੰਬੰਧੀ ਨਿਯਮ: ਲੋੜ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਲੇਖਕ ਨੂੰ ਸਮੀਖਿਆਕਾਰਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਟਿੱਪਣੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਸੁਝਾਵਾਂ ਦੇ ਆਧਾਰ ’ਤੇ ਨਿਰਧਾਰਿਤ ਸਮੇਂ ਅੰਦਰ ਲੋੜੀਂਦੀਆਂ ਸੋਧਾਂ ਕਰਨਾ ਲਾਜ਼ਮੀ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ। ਨਿਰਧਾਰਿਤ ਸਮੇਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਪੂਰਨ ਜਾਂ ਅਸੰਤੋਸ਼ਜਨਕ ਸੋਧ ਦੀ ਸਥਿਤੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਖੋਜ-ਪੱਤਰ ਨੂੰ ਅਸਵੀਕਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ। Where required, authors shall be required to make the necessary revisions within the stipulated time based on the comments and suggestions provided by the reviewers. In the event of incomplete or unsatisfactory revisions within the prescribed period, the research paper may be rejected.
• 4. ਰਿਫੰਡ ਨੀਤੀ: ਜੇਕਰ ਕੋਈ ਖੋਜ-ਪੱਤਰ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ਨ ਲਈ ਚੁਣਿਆ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾਂਦਾ, ਤਾਂ ਜਮ੍ਹਾਂ ਕੀਤੀ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ਨ ਫੀਸ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ₹100/- ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਕੀ ਖਰਚੇ ਵਜੋਂ ਕੱਟ ਕੇ ਬਾਕੀ ਰਕਮ ਵਾਪਸ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ। If a research paper is not selected for publication, ₹100/- shall be deducted from the submitted publication fee as administrative charges, and the remaining amount shall be refunded.
• 5. ਲੇਖਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਗਿਣਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਫੀਸ: ਇੱਕ ਖੋਜ-ਪੱਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੱਧ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਦੋ ਲੇਖਕ ਹੋ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ। ਇੱਕ ਲੇਖਕ ਲਈ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ਨ ਫੀਸ ₹800/- ਅਤੇ ਦੋ ਲੇਖਕਾਂ ਲਈ ₹1,000/- ਨਿਰਧਾਰਿਤ ਹੈ। A maximum of two authors are permitted for a research paper. The publication fee is ₹800/- for a single author and ₹1,000/- for two authors.
• 6. ਸੰਪਾਦਕੀ ਅਧਿਕਾਰ: ਸੰਪਾਦਕੀ ਅਤੇ ਪੀਅਰ-ਰੀਵਿਊ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਦੇ ਅਧੀਨ, ‘ਅਰਮਾਨ’ ਦੇ ਸੰਪਾਦਕ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਖੋਜ-ਪੱਤਰ ਨੂੰ ਸਵੀਕਾਰ ਜਾਂ ਅਸਵੀਕਾਰ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਅੰਤਿਮ ਸੰਪਾਦਕੀ ਅਧਿਕਾਰ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ। Subject to the editorial and peer-review process, the Editor of ‘ARMAAN’ shall have the final editorial authority to accept or reject a submitted research paper.
• 7. ਅਧੂਰੇ ਦਸਤਾਵੇਜ਼: ਅਧੂਰੇ ਖੋਜ-ਪੱਤਰ, ਨਿਰਧਾਰਿਤ ਫਾਰਮੈਟ ਦੀ ਪਾਲਣਾ ਨਾ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਖੋਜ-ਪੱਤਰ ਜਾਂ ਨਿਰਧਾਰਿਤ ਘੋਸ਼ਣਾ-ਪੱਤਰ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ਨ ਫੀਸ ਜਮ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਦੇ ਸਬੂਤ ਦਾ ਸਕ੍ਰੀਨਸ਼ਾਟ ਨਾ ਰੱਖਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਖੋਜ-ਪੱਤਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ਨ ਲਈ ਵਿਚਾਰਿਆ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। Incomplete research papers, research papers that do not comply with the prescribed format, or research papers without the prescribed declaration form and screenshot as proof of payment of the publication fee will not be considered for publication.
• 8. ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ਨ ਸੀਮਾ: ਇੱਕ ਲੇਖਕ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਇੱਕ ਕੈਲੰਡਰ ਵਰ੍ਹੇ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਵੱਧ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਦੋ ਖੋਜ-ਪੱਤਰ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ਿਤ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਣਗੇ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ, ਕਿਸੇ ਇੱਕ ਲੇਖਕ ਦਾ ਖੋਜ-ਪੱਤਰ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਦੋ ਨਿਯਮਿਤ ਅੰਕਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ਿਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। A maximum of two research papers by a single author may be published during a calendar year. Furthermore, a research paper by the same author shall not be published in two consecutive regular issues of the Journal.
• 9. ਭਾਸ਼ਾਈ ਅਤੇ ਫਾਰਮੈਟਿੰਗ ਸੁਧਾਰ: ਜਰਨਲ ਦੀ ਅਕਾਦਮਿਕ ਗੁਣਵੱਤਾ, ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ਨ ਮਾਪਦੰਡਾਂ, ਭਾਸ਼ਾਈ ਸ਼ੁੱਧਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ੈਲੀ ਦੀ ਇਕਸਾਰਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਸੰਪਾਦਕ ਮੰਡਲ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਖੋਜ-ਪੱਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੋੜ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਸੰਪਾਦਕੀ ਸੋਧ, ਭਾਸ਼ਾਈ ਸੰਪਾਦਨ ਅਤੇ ਫਾਰਮੈਟਿੰਗ ਸੰਬੰਧੀ ਸੁਧਾਰ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਅਧਿਕਾਰ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ। To ensure the academic quality, publication standards, linguistic accuracy, and stylistic consistency of the Journal, the Editorial Board reserves the right to make necessary editorial corrections, language editing, and formatting-related modifications to the submitted research paper.
