‘ਅਰਮਾਨ’, ISSN: 2583-9446(O) ਇੱਕ ਅੰਤਰਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ, ਬਹੁ-ਅਨੁਸ਼ਾਸਨੀ, ਪੀਅਰ-ਰੀਵਿਊਡ ਅਤੇ ਇੰਡੈਕਸਡ ਆਨਲਾਈਨ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਦਾ ਖੋਜ ਜਰਨਲ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ਨ ਗੁਰੂ ਹਰਗੋਬਿੰਦ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਕਾਲਜ, ਸੀ.ਸੀ. ਹੈੱਡ, ਸ੍ਰੀ ਗੰਗਾਨਗਰ (ਰਾਜਸਥਾਨ) ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਜਰਨਲ ਅਕਾਦਮਿਕ ਉੱਤਮਤਾ, ਖੋਜ-ਨੈਤਿਕਤਾ, ਮੌਲਿਕਤਾ, ਵਿਗਿਆਨਕਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਨੈਤਿਕ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ਨਕਾਰੀ ਮਾਪਦੰਡਾਂ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਵਚਨਬੱਧ ਹੈ। ਜਰਨਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ਿਤ ਹਰੇਕ ਖੋਜ-ਪੱਤਰ ਨੂੰ ਇੱਕ ਵਿਲੱਖਣ ਡਿਜ਼ੀਟਲ ਆਬਜੈਕਟ ਆਈਡੈਂਟੀਫਾਇਰ (DOI) ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਖੋਜ-ਪੱਤਰ ਦੀ ਸਥਾਈ ਪਛਾਣ, ਆਨਲਾਈਨ ਪਹੁੰਚ, ਹਵਾਲਾ-ਯੋਗਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਅਕਾਦਮਿਕ ਮਾਨਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਨਿਸ਼ਚਿਤ ਕਰਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਮਿਲਦੀ ਹੈ। ‘ਅਰਮਾਨ’ ਸਾਹਿਤਕ ਚੋਰੀ (Plagiarism) ਅਤੇ ਹਰ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਅਨੈਤਿਕ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ਨਕਾਰੀ ਵਿਵਹਾਰ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਜ਼ੀਰੋ-ਟੋਲਰੈਂਸ ਨੀਤੀ ਅਪਣਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਲੇਖਕਾਂ ਲਈ ਇਹ ਲਾਜ਼ਮੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਖੋਜ-ਪੱਤਰ ਮੌਲਿਕ, ਪ੍ਰਮਾਣਿਕ, ਅਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ਿਤ ਅਤੇ ਯੋਗ ਸੰਦਰਭਾਂ/ਹਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਸਮੇਤ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਿਖਿਆ ਹੋਵੇ। ਜਰਨਲ ਦਾ ਉਦੇਸ਼ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਉੱਚ-ਗੁਣਵੱਤਾ ਵਾਲੀ ਮੌਲਿਕ ਖੋਜ ਨੂੰ ਉਤਸ਼ਾਹਿਤ ਕਰਨਾ ਅਤੇ ਖੋਜਕਰਤਾਵਾਂ, ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਦਵਾਨਾਂ ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਭਰੋਸੇਯੋਗ ਅਕਾਦਮਿਕ ਮੰਚ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕਰਨਾ ਹੈ।

‘Armaan’, ISSN: 2583-9446(O) is an International, Multi-Disciplinary, Peer-Reviewed and Indexed Online Research Journal in the Punjabi Language. The journal is published by Guru Hargobind Sahib College, C.C. Head, Sri Ganganagar (Rajasthan). The journal is committed to academic excellence, research integrity, originality, scholarly quality, and ethical publishing standards. Each research paper published in the journal is assigned a unique Digital Object Identifier (DOI), ensuring its persistent identification, accessibility, citability, and academic recognition. ‘Armaan’ follows a zero-tolerance policy towards plagiarism and all forms of unethical publishing practices. Authors are required to ensure that their submitted research papers are original, authentic, unpublished, and written in Punjabi with appropriate citations and references.
