ਅਰਮਾਨ’(ARMAAN) ਰਾਜਸਥਾਨ ‘ਚ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਮਾਤ-ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਦਾ ਆਨਲਾਈਨ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ਿਤ ਹੋਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਪਲੇਠਾ ਤ੍ਰੈ-ਮਾਸਿਕ ਅੰਤਰਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਬਹੁ-ਅਨੁਸ਼ਾਸਨੀ, ਓਪਨ ਐਕਸੈਸ, ਪੀਅਰ-ਰੀਵਿਊਡ ਅਤੇ ਰੈਫ਼ਰੀਡ ਰਿਸਰਚ ਜਰਨਲ ਹੈ, ਇਸਦਾ ISSN: 2583:9446 & Journal Impact Factor: 4.67 (RPRI) ਹੈ। ‘ਅਰਮਾਨ’ ਵਿਭਿੰਨ ਵਿਸ਼ਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਵਿਦਵਾਨਾਂ/ਖੋਜਕਰਤਾਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਖੋਜ-ਕਾਰਜ ਨੂੰ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕਰਨ, ਮੁਲਾਂਕਣ ਕਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਸਾਂਝੇ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਪਲੇਟਫਾਰਮ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਰਿਸਰਚ ਜਰਨਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਉੱਚ ਗੁਣਵੱਤਾ ਦੇ ਮੌਲਿਕ ਅਤੇ ਸਮੀਖਿਆ ਖੋਜ-ਪੱਤਰ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ਿਤ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ। ਇਹ ਜਰਨਲ ਉੱਚ ਪੱਧਰੀ ਖੋਜ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ਿਤ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਸਮਰਪਿਤ ਹੈ।
ਅਰਮਾਨ ਜਰਨਲ, ਗੁਰੂ ਹਰਗੋਬਿੰਦ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਪੀਜੀ ਕਾਲਜ, ਸੀਸੀ ਹੈਡ, ਸ੍ਰੀ ਗੰਗਾਨਗਰ (ਰਾਜਸਥਾਨ) ਵਲੋਂ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਡਾ. ਸੰਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਮੁੰਡੇ ਇਸ ਰਸਾਲੇ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਸੰਪਾਦਕ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਜਨਰਲ ਦੇ ਐਡੀਟਰ ਪੈਨਲ ਵਿਚ ਪੰਜਾਬ, ਰਾਜਸਥਾਨ, ਜੰਮੂ-ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰ ਅਤੇ ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਦੀਆਂ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀਆਂ / ਕਾਲਜਾਂ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰੋਫੈਸਰ ਸਾਹਿਬਾਨ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ-ਨਾਲ ਕੈਨੇਡਾ, ਯੂਐਸਏ, ਇੰਗਲੈਂਡ ਆਦਿ ਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਦੇ ਉੱਘੇ ਵਿਦਵਾਨ / ਲੇਖਕ ਸ਼ਾਮਿਲ ਹਨ।
ARMAAN Journal is the first online published quarterly international multi-disciplinary, open access, peer-reviewed and refereed research journal of mother language Punjabi in Rajasthan, its ISSN: 2583:9446. ARMAN provides a platform for scholars/researchers from various disciplines to present, evaluate and share their research. High quality original and review research papers are published in this research journal. This journal is devoted to publish original research of high standard.
Armaan Journal is published by Guru Hargobind Sahib PG College, CC Head, Sri Ganganagar (Rajasthan). Dr. Sandeep Singh Munday is the editor-in-chief of this magazine. The editorial panel of this journal consists of professors from various universities/colleges of Punjab, Rajasthan, Jammu & Kashmir and Haryana as well as eminent scholars/writers from Canada, USA, England etc.
